Flower Availability and Substitution

The arrangement you receive may not be a perfect match of the one displayed in the image but it will be a close replica, it will feature the same theme/ style and it will include flowers of equal or greater value. Substitutions are made primarily due to flower seasonality and the intent to use the freshest stems. 

When ordering an arrangement, we encourage you to let us know in the comments field the specific flowers/ elements of the arrangement that are of greater importance to you. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We will look for your special instructions provided in the comments field or via the contact us form. 

Flower Care

Simple care steps to help extend your flowers' freshness and beauty:

• Carefully remove all packaging. Every arrangement arrives designed in its own vessel, ready to be enjoyed. 
• Follow the provided instructions for water level and replenishment. 
• If instructions are not provided make sure the vessel is filled with enough water to submerge the tip of all stems. 
• Add flower food, if provided.
• Remove leaves/ foliage that fall below the waterline, as they can decompose and contaminate the water.
• Display your arrangement in a cool location, away from direct sunlight, drafts, heating or cooling vents, and appliances.
• Keep the arrangement away from fresh fruit, which releases natural gases as it ripens that can shorten the life of flowers.

We deliver in the tri-state area. Delivery charge starts at $25 within Manhattan and increases gradually as distance increases from midtown. 

Arrangements ordered by 3:00 p.m. may be delivered as early as 2 calendar days later. Arrangements ordered after 3:00 p.m. may be delivered as early as 3 calendar days later.

We are committed to providing exceptional service and delivering the finest luxury flowers and plants available. Orders are delivered between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the selected delivery date; during high-volume holidays, this window may be extended until 8:00 p.m. While we will make every effort to accommodate requests for a specific delivery time, we can only guarantee delivery within our standard delivery window.

Please leave a special instruction under comments as to what our courier should do if the recipient is out, e.g. “Leave with a neighbor” or “Leave in porch”. If unable to deliver, the courier will leave a note at the recipients address and take the arrangement(s) back to our studio.

If the delivery zip code is not listed as an option but is within the tri state area send us a message via the “contact us” form specifying the delivery address zip code and the arrangement(s) you plan to order. We will provide you with the delivery fee along with instructions on how to complete your order.
